Experiment Design

An experiment design is a list of trials which must be run to collect the response data.  Each trial in the design specifies a set of factor settings.  When the trials are run, the responses are measured and recorded for each trial.  This design and the response data allow for later complex analysis.

You tell us how many factors (parameter settings) that you want to investigate, and whether those settings are discrete or continuous.  We create the design using a plus one/minus one scale so we don't even need to know the names of factors or the measurement scale.  This allows you to get a professional design that keeps your trading process completely anonymous.

Running Experiment Trials

We can run the trials for you in most cases, but we highly recommend that the trials be run by the system builder or whoever does back-testing for your testing.

Experiment Analysis

We have lots of tools for analyzing the experiment results.  We can do this using the same anonymous methods described for experiment design.

Trading Automation Service
